Upon booking a house cleaning session from Crystal Horse Cleaning Services, we will ensure to provide a maid at the scheduled and confirmed booking time.  Whether the cleaning session is booked via website forms or via email, our representative will always follow up with a phone call to reconfirm the cleaning booking arrangement to avoid any ambiguity. Once the cleaning session by maid is completed, you are responsible for paying directly to our cleaners, which are non-refundable (unless there is a company-caused violation). The pricing rates and structure may be updated by the company at the discretion and the company in such instances will update you accordingly.  We expect your empathy and understanding of our price rates prevalent in market conditions.

Cancellation Policy

If you want to cancel your booking, you are required to give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. Notification must be in written format and to be sent to on or either through a direct phone call. In case the cancellation is done in lesser time i.e. less than 24 hours, Crystal Horse Cleaning Services holds the right to charge you for 50% of the booking amount.

Customers using the website who are Minor/ under the age of 18 shall not register as a user of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
Crystal Horse Cleaning Services will not trade any customer information data i.e. Name, mobile contact or email addresses to any third-party providers.

Method of Payment, Currency

We accept payments post the cleaning session and in only AED and through Cash, Credit/Debit Card and Bank Transfers. Please speak to our office for any further questions. Once payment has been done, you will be getting a receipt in your email id within 24 hours.
